At 3:08 am on January 31st, an explosion occurred at a hotel in Planning Zone 2 of Dongning City, Mudanjiang, resulting in 2 deaths and 2 injuries. After nearly 26 hours of fighting, the police successfully captured the suspect Li Decai (male, 57 years old, from Jidong County, Jixi City) at 4:40 on February 1 in Dongning Town, Dongning City. At present, the case is under further investigation.

Previously reported: The police issued a reward notice, awarding 100000 yuan to meritorious individuals who provided important clues and directly arrested the suspect. Those who did not report their wrongdoing will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
